Along with the growing population of consumers from all over the world is the rise in the number of businesses, whether small or large enterprises, inclined on food and services industry to cater demand of the growing population. This gives rise to numerous opportunities and threats to existing businesses. Focusing on a food business at Student Union building, University of the Philippines Los Baiios, interview with the owner and survey were conducted to regular and possible customers. SWOT analysis, descriptive statistics like frequency and percentages, as well as statistical analyses—Cramer's V Coefficient and Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient were used. Among the socio- demographic and socio-economic characteristics, sex is the only variable which had strong association to factors regarding food product, cleanliness, services, and dining environment. For monthly income, majority had weak and very weak association, and weekly allowance had the same result. The study was able to identify the strengths of the food business, which were their services, relationship with customers, and marketing. However, there are some points that needs to be improved with the quality of their food and with the cleanliness of the place. Having better food to serve as well as having a cleaner and more pleasant place would attract more customers. In order to cater more customers, problems in production should also be addressed.
