Abstract

The case study tried to investigate and desrribe how the •fillage level root crop flour processing and utiLlzatirn technologydisseminated to and adopted by the target 7lienteles. Data were gathered from the technology-jenerating Tinstitutins !the Philappne Root Research and Training Center and trie Visayas State College of Agriculture (NISCAl], and the five rural areas in Region VIII (.Hindang,Capoocan.
