Abstract

A Computer Decision Aid software was designed and developed for sensitivity analysis on real life queueing . situations. The software design involved three phases. Iike first phase presents the concepts of queueing analysis. The second phase (Chi-Square Test) provides the necessary queueing parameters based on the collected and fed data by the software user/decision-maker. The third phase, using the derived parameters plus a few requested data inputs, produces theoretical or simulation results for sensitivity analysis' optimization of objective functions.
