Abstract

A cubature algorithm for the double integration over an irregular planar region is designed, and its FORTRAN CODE is presented. It is based on the use of m(2) - copy midpoint rule and extrapolation methods. Numerical demonstrate that the algorithm can obtain a fairly good approximation to test integrals that have appeared in the literature.
