Abstract

The study evaluates the Program for Improved Instruction in Science and Mathematics (PRISM): Mathematics Group 1989-1991 in terms of the a) respondents' profile, b) recruitment/participation, c) objectives, d) organization and management, e) instruction, f) affective domain, g) overall rating, h) training impact and i) resultant statements from the perception of the 41 public elementary mathematics teachers in Laguna who attended the training program. A survey questionnaire and interviews were used to obtain the needed information.
