Abstract
A software program converting HTML file into C code was designed and implemented using Borland Turbo C/C++. Sample HTML files were converted into C by inscribing HTML contents in C code as defined string variable. The converted HTML files were complied and checked for errors. The HTML contents in the converted file can be retrieved using pointer arithmetic. The converted files can be complied together with the core modules of an Embedded Web Server, to serve as an HTML database .
