Abstract

The plant practice was carried out at Limcoma Batangas Prime Incorporated in San Jose, Batangas from April 29, 2014 - May 27, 2014 for a period of 150 hours. The trainee was exposed to different methods of meat processing. She was assigned in monitoring of the meat during and after its process and in packing of finished products. Practical working experience, proper working attitude and punctuality were developed by the trainee during the plant practice. Problems encountered were identified and recommendations for improvement were stated.
