Abstract

The study could help the existing and potential farmers and businessmen to be acquainted with the current status of pineapple production in Silang, Tagaytay City, and Alfonso, Cavite. This could be the basis of policies and support mechanisms that the government, the future investors, and the industry players will have to make for further improvement of the industry. The study generally aims to describe and analyze the status, problems, and prospects in pineapple production in the three municipalities. The results will be the basis of formulation of recommendations for the improvement of pineapple production.
