Abstract
This project illustrates the procedures involved in designing relay ladder logic for the automation of a wastewater recycling system. Automation has allowed the system to be operated with high reliability and low maintenance while eliminating hazard involved in each process. Knowledge on the process flow of the system to be automated and careful analysis on the specific functions of the different devices and equipment to be used have greatly supported the author in developing this manuscript. The designed relay ladder logic will be tested for consistency using Zeliosoft 2 programmable logic control software.
