Abstract
This study investigated the Integrated Room Automation System (IRAS) implemented in guest rooms of Conrad Hotel, Manila. Commissioning test results revealed that the IRAS implemented in Conrad Hotel was accurate according to the specifications given by the hotel. This study also showed the interrelations between devices inside an RCU, specifically a corner suite room's RCU. Also, the report discussed the process of determining the occupancy status of a room based on specified occupancy logic. From this status, the lighting and HVAC units inside the room respond accordingly.
