Abstract
The Master?s Garden (TMG), is an organic farm located at Puguis, La Trinidad Benguet. Mr. Ambrosio ?Pat? Acosta started developing the 3,000 square meter farm since 1999. He is one of the pioneers in the emergence of organic agriculture in the province of Benguet. Since then, the best quality of salad vegetables and culinary herbs were being produced in the province. TMG is a certified organic farm approved by the Organic Certification Center of the Philippines (OCCP) and is supported by the Agriculture Training Institute- Cordillera Administrative Region (ATI-CAR) and considered TMG as one of the learning sites. The firm is indeed and have a significant role in promoting organic farming which is one of the few agribusiness firms that contributes to the Philippine?s agritourism. Thus, this case study assessed the business performance of The Master?s Garden. Furthermore, the study identified the root problem of the farm, which is its unsustainable volume of produce during the wet season, and appropriate actions were taken.
