Improvements are done particularly in redesigning the process and workstation that leads to manipulating cycle time and reducing manpower count. Through the extraction of root caused, different improvements like process redesign, ergonomic design of workstation, and solutions to controllable factors are recommended. The study achieved of ten (10) manpower reduction amounting to Php 926,000.00 annual savings whole having a 99.99% productivity performance..
