Abstract
The position of transplanting of ordinary wetbed-raised seedlings did not affect the yield, panicle length, bearing tillers and percentage of chaff; whereas, plant height, weight of 1,000 grains and heading period were significantly affected.
The two Seed-board recommend lowland rice varieties, Seraup Kechil 36 Strain 482 and BPI – 121 yielded more than Tjere mas.
