Abstract

Sixty-five coefficient of variation from undergraduate agronomy theses were used in this study. Differences among the coefficients of variation were determined, and tests were used to ascertain whether the date followed a normal, poison, or chi-square distribution. The results showed that there were no significant differences among the coefficients variation, and that the data followed a normal distribution, its third moment equal to .56 and its fourth moment equal to 2.38.
