Abstract
In this study, an example of tandem queue generated at Linda's Food Center in SU Molawin Hall were observed. A case of fast and slow service rate were studied depending on the number of servers on the station. This is to minimize waiting time of customers which could be an opportunity loss for management. After representing an appropriate model (M/M/1):(FCFS/00/00, different measures of per were determined. The results showed station with 4 servers was better and more profitable as well. It minimizes the waiting time of customers.
