Abstract
This study verified Berntein's theory of triple allelic inheritance. Specifically, it utilized frequencies of blood soups of ROTC blood donors, to prove that the frequencies of blood genes A, B, and 0 add up to unity. The gene frequency adjustment proposed by Bernstein was also used, since there was a deviation from unity. The variance of this deviation was found to be 0.00000201. The frequencies were tested for goodness of fit and a chi-square value of 2.355587 or a probability of greater than .10 similarly supported Bernstein' s theory.
