Aims & Scope

The Journal of Human Ecology is a biannual scholastic publication of the College of Human Ecology (CHE) in the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). This peer-reviewed journal publishes original research focusing on the development of theory and practice in the Philippines and in the international setting as well. The Journal of Human Ecology aims to publish interdisciplinary research on all aspects of human-environment interactions, community development, and other fields of social science that links with the people, organizations, and governments to achieve human-ecological security.
