Contribution of biological research to the development of the coconut industry

Abstract

Current developments in coconut breeding, embryo and tissue culture, and the studies on the etiology of cadang-cadang disease are discussed. The present state of the art for each of these with specific reference to the Philippine situation is presented. © 1985 AOCS Press.
