A review of the genus Ultratenuipalpus mitrofanov (Acari:Tenuipalpidae) with descriptions of two new species from the Philippines

Abstract

The genus Ultratenuipalpus is redefined based on the eight know species which are likewise reviewed and redescribed. A revision of setal nomenclature is also proposed. Two new species from the Philippines, Ultratenuipalpus baltzarae and U. lacorpuzrarosae, are described, illustrated and a world key to all known species of Ultratenuipalpus is presented.
