Three new species and a previously known species of chewing lice of the genus Degeeriella are described and illustrated based on the present Philippine collection. These are: Degeeriella haliaeeti new species from the white-bellied sea-eagle (Haliaeetus leucogaster), D. russellcelisi new species from the crested serpent-eagle (Spilornis cheela palawanensis), D. palmai new species from the great Philippine eagle (Pithecophaga jefferyi) and D. traylori Elbel and Price, 1973 from the Philippine hawk-eagle (Spizaetus philippensis). Two other previously known species each belonging to different genera are likewise described and illustrated and these are: Craspedorrhynchus pachypus (Giebel, 1874) from brahminy kite (Haliastur indus intermedius) and Colpocephalum turbinatum Denny, 1842 from the white-bellied sea-eagle (Haliaeetus leucogaster). Degeeriella traylori is reported for the first time in the Philippines and from Spizaetus philippensis constituting new locality and new host records, respectively for the species. Characters that are used to differentiate the new Degeeriella species from each other and other closely related species of the genus are presented and discussed.
