Data were gathered from August 2023 to January 2024. The constructs of the youth farmers on organic farming agripreneurship are shaped through the process of intergenerational communication with their family members and with community members. The family and community play a significant role in the knowledge sharing of organic farming and agripreneurship and the creation of positive tangible and intangible constructs among the youth agripreneurs. The core theme in the constructs is that agripreneurship in organic farming is a 'sustainable and economically viable industry' worth pursuing through generational communication. The youth agripreneurs" constructs of agripreneurship are positive in terms of its tangible manifestations 1) it promotes good health; 2) it ensures longer and healthier life; 3) it enhances economic sustainability; (4) it makes farming efficient and effective; and (5) it promotes independence. Their constructs are also positive for the intangible manifestations: (1) it instills individual and communal values; (2) it sustains family relations and support; (3) it maintains community relations and wellbeing; (4) it promotes environmental protection and responsibility; and (5) it promotes quality and continuous learning A Family and Community Synergy (FCS) Framework (Gatab-Laruan, 2025) is forwarded to strengthen the interconnectedness through communication of family and community. These intergenerational communication systems support, affirm, and sustain the young agripreneurs' views and engagement in agripreneurship on OA, especially as this must be seen as not just a passing of skils and knowledge, but also the sharing of traditions, lifework, culture, and identity.
