Abstract
We develop a mathematical model to predict the number of students who will be taking a particular math service course the following semester based on enrollment data and curriculum of each student enrolled during the current semester. The model is implemented using a program which uses data extracted from grade sheets and directory of students for school years 92-93 and 93-94. Numerical results indicate that the model gives fairly accurate predictions in most math service courses.
