M-phase period occurred between 9:30 a.m. Sequential stages of mitosis, namely: prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase were regular and normal. Mitotic index was 32.6% Chromosome number was 2n=48 consisting of median and submedian types. Centromeric index ranged from 0.47 to 1.64% Mean relative length of premetaphase chromosomes ranged from 0.012 to 0.021.
