Abstract
In this paper, the Computer-Aided Instruction for life Insurance Mathematics I was implemented in Turbo Pascal using the Tutorial and Drill-Practice Design of a CAI system. Seven lessons of the course AM171 was considered for the development of the courseware. Exercises corresponding to these lessons are given to test the students comprehension on the topics. A facility for record keeping is provided for the user but can only be accessed by the instructor for safety.
