Abstract

This special problem considers a computer-based programming approach to the budget plan of Quezon City. The goal programming model formulated is based on the specified budgetary thrusts and priorities of the city government. The solution contains the optimum allocation of the different expenditure accounts and the level of achievement of goals with respect to the priorities.
