Through time, roads deteriorate and develop distresses which cause inconvenience to the motorists. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) gathers visual condition data for use in the rehabilitation of national road network to eliminate these distresses. An analysis of the road condition and repair method of Patent() Aquino Street and RIO Road is done in this study. The data were calculated and obtained VCI values using the old factors and new factors. The change in factor increase the value of VCI obtained that in effect made the condition rating of the roads less distressed. R-10

of VCI obtained that in effect made the condition rating of the roads less distressed. R-10 road had a rehabilitation of re-blocking and P. Aquino had a rehabilitation of raising of pavement considering the VCI that used the old factors. The rehabilitation of roads were analysed considering the VCI that used the new factors. For R-I 0 Road, according to VCI obtained using the new factor, the rehabilitation of road is not appropriate because in fair condition there is no rehabilitation, no rebuilding nor total reconstruction suggested. For P. Aquino St., the VCI obtained using the new factor shows that the rehabilitation done to the road is not applicable. But considering the elevation and location of the road, the rehabilitation raising of pavement is applicable.
