Abstract
Iskup! is established from the growing ice cream industry seen in Los Baños. Aside from the growing ice cream industry, the opportunity seen by the entrepreneur to pursue an ice cream business is the increasing number of small businesses in the country. Among the competition, it is seen to be the only affordable and artisanal ice cream that is homegrown in Bay, Laguna. Iskup! provides people wjpe find comfort in ice cream and are adventurous when it comes to food with great quality ice cream that is produce in small batches and is uniquely made with coconut cream that suits each flavor well. With ice cream as its main product, each tub is priced at 175 pesos. It is located in the resident home of the entrepreneur at Bay, Laguna and its main social media accounts are Facebook and Instagram. In the scope of operating in a month, the enterprise has generated average revenue of 5,906.25 pesos having 3,702.48 pesos, which yields an average profit of 2,203.78 pesos. The main challenges encountered by the entrepreneur are errors in terms of recording orders and stocks, and input price increase which were addressed by improving the customized spreadsheet and by having backups for each input.
