Abstract

The purpose of the activity was to provide the student a hands-on training and practice inside a food manufacturing company in order for her to apply the knowledge and skills she learned in the university and gain additional knowledge in the field of Food Science. The student has indeed succeeded in achieving th said purposes. Not only did she learn how to work effectively and efficiently, but she has also developed the skills in cooperating and dealing with various types of co-workers. Despite the problems she encountered during her stay in the company, for which she has recommended possible solutions, she successfully finished her 150 day training, taking with her the lessons and memories that such experience has given to her.
