Abstract

The student underwent an On-the-Job Training at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. in Muntinlupa from April 22, 2013 to May 17, 2013. The trainee was assigned to the Quality Assurance Department where she conducted tests on raw materials, different types of water, syrups and final products - both carbonated and non-carbonated. She was also exposed to the Process Department which is concerned with the over-all processes conducted around the plant. Being assigned to various routines, the trainee was able to enhance the skills and knowledge on food technology already acquired in the university. Aside from the technical abilities, she also learned competence and sociability in the workplace. In the course of the training, she learned to develop Pepsi's core values-passion, excellence, professionalism, service and integrity.
