Abstract

Availability f electricity in a community is a significant tool to improve the quality of life and reduce poverty among the residents. In line with this, providing power in rural communities became one of the major concerns of the energy sector as its results to socio-economic growth among farmers and fisherman in marginalized sector while they are given more opportunities and greater access to basic services and better infrastructure
