Abstract
Equipment is an essential factor that contributes to the early completion of projects. This paper compares the two equipment used in concrete pouring, namely the stationary and mobile pumpcrete in terms of time efficiency. The time it takes to complete the same work given the same circumstances in the field was compared. Time study was done to incorporate external factors that may affect the equipment‟s performance. Schematic diagram of the concrete pouring are shown for simulation of the actual pouring for readers to better picture the scenario during the construction. The result of the Time study shows that concrete pouring was finished in less time by using the mobile pumpcrete compared to the stationary pumpcrete.
