Abstract
Wellmade Manufacturing Corporation, whose main plant is located in Meycauyan, Bulacan is the manufacturer and distributor of Speed Detergent Brand. It has a distribution hub in City of San Fernando, Pampanga, and (WMC-PDH) which serves the Region III area. WMC-PDH has recorded losses due to returned damaged goods. These products translate to an average of Php555,441.38 losses per year from broken detergent bars. The problem was resolved by acquiring post pallets as pallets as pallet support equipment, revising the truck loading method and increasing the dock width thru the use of a wooden dock extension. The solutions should result to a reduction of about 74.73% on returned damaged goods or an annual savings of Php458,881.26.
