This percentage delay was incurred by the 36 products with the highest total number of delay encountered. This caused the company to customer complaints, failure to meet daily target delivery of the company and loss od Php 18,304, 000 from January to October 2014.After generating and evaluating alternative solutions, the study recommends that the company should designate spaces for each group of rebars, have clear arrangement with the current trucking companies, and to buy new cranes for replacement. Assuming all actions plans and proposed alternative solutions are done, the delivery delays will be reduced from 9.77% to 3.44%.
