Enterprise study among buko pies entrepreneurs in Los Baños, Laguna

Abstract

The seven buko pie enterprises included in the study were all registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Their initial capital ranged from P1,500-3,500 and all of them were single proprietorships. The average age of the entrepreneurs was 43 years old the youngest being 29 years old. The ratio between male and female was 16. A well-educated group, almost half (42.8%) of the entrepreneurs completed their college courses.
