Abstract
A preliminary study was conducted to determine whether the presence of 30 per cent ipil-ipil leaf meal in the diet or the low feed consumption was responsible for the depression in egg production.
Indications are that the depression in egg production could be attributed to both low feed consumption of the pullets and the feeding of ipil-ipil leaf meal per se, the latter effect being more significant than the former.
