Abstract

Basic concepts on Markov Chain have been discussed. Some theorems necessary in the application of Markov Chain in the Theory of Learning were presented with some of their proofs included. These theorems were also interpreted as applied to the Theory of Learning. Then these concepts were used to derive some of the predictions of the One-element all-or-none model, Two-element all-or-none model and the Concept identification Model.
