In silico identification of potential inhibitors of Aedes aegypti Chorion Peroxidase

Abstract
The 3D structure of Ae. aegypti chorion peroxidase was predicted by homology modeling. The model was used to screen in silico a natural product database. One compound was identified as candidate inhibitor of chorion peroxidase.
