Abstract
The family Lecano diaspididae is reported for the first time in the Philippines based on specimens of Psoraleococcus multipori (Morrison) from Palawan. Four other new faunal records are presented, namely, Bambusaspis pseudomiliaris (Green) (Asterolecaniidae), Coccus celatus De Lotto (Coccidae), Aulacaspis sumatrensis Green (Diaspididae) and Eriococcus araucariae Maskell (Eriococcidae). Miscellanous notes, new island/locality and host plant records and new collections are given for the rest of the species herein included.
