The Issue Editor Speaks

This year, the University Publications Office is gearing up to a new dimension in serving the UPLB community. With the new equipments and limited staff, I am grateful that we are able to publish the UPLB Journal 2019. A million thanks to the authors, especially to the reviewers who are very cooperative and very patient with our demands in helping us assess the publishability of the articles. I would like to acknowledge the help extended to us by everyone from the Chancellor (Chancellor Fernando C. Sanchez, Jr.) to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (Dr. Portia G. Lapitan) and Assistant to the Vice Chancellor (Prof. Julieta A. De Los Reyes) to OVCAA staff. Grateful to them that UPO is moving forward with new equipments, new office and more hope in the future to better the services of UPO not only n terms of publishing a journal once a year but hoping that we can come up with at least 2 volumes per year.
