Methods in monitoring the products? compliance to specifications and standards were also experienced firsthand under the supervision of the QES officers. Strict implementations of the 5S System and cGMP regulations in the whole company were observed by the student while working inside the company. At the end of the plant practice, the student was able to relate the processes done in manufacturing beverages to the principles being taught in the University. xiii Furthermore, the student was able to experience the activities being done in an actual food processing enterprise and gained knowledge regarding people management and how to maintain a pleasant working environment.
